⚡ How long does it take?

We’ll prepare your order within 1-2 days after receiving both your payment and final photos.

Estimated delivery times:
📍 Spain & Andorra: 3-4 business days
📍 Rest of Europe: 5-6 business days

You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way. 🚀

⚡ Can I use photos from my phone or social media?

Yes! You can send us photos from your phone, computer, or social media, and we’ll handle the formatting for you.

For best results, we recommend:
✅ Photos taken directly with your phone or camera
✅ Photos sent to you via email, AirDrop, or Bluetooth

If any photo isn’t quite up to quality, don’t worry, we’ll get in touch before printing.

⚡ Can I make changes to my order?

If we haven’t started making your magnets yet, just email us at info@minimagnetica.com and we’ll do our best to make changes.

Once production has started, we can’t guarantee edits; each item is custom-made with love!

⚡ What if my order arrives damaged?

We wrap every order with care! But if anything arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Once confirmed, we’ll send you a free replacement, no fuss.

⚡ What’s your return policy?

We want you to love your magnets ❤️
If something’s not right, just let us know within 3 days of delivery and tell us what happened.

If the product is faulty or there was an error on our end, email us a photo at info@minimagnetica.com within 48 hours and we’ll replace it — simple as that.

⚡ Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship across Europe.
For other destinations, get in touch and we’ll let you know the shipping cost.
