3. ORDER PROCESS

To place an order, the customer must:

• Send the correct images by email to info@minimagnetica.com

• Carefully review all photos and order details before confirming the purchase

Once an order has been placed and production has begun, changes cannot be guaranteed.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

• All prices are shown in euros (€)

• Prices include all applicable taxes

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase

5. SHIPPING

Personalised products

As all products are personalised and made to order:

• Returns are not accepted for personalised items, except in cases of damage or defect

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Clear photographs of the issue will be required

In these cases, we will offer a replacement, depending on the situation

Order errors

If the error is due to Mini Magnetica (incorrect print or wrong quantity), we will correct it as quickly as possible.
